Fineline Store will typically process and ship your order within 48 hours with estimated delivery times of 5 to
10 days.  Expedited shipping is available at your request with added expense.

Fineline Store can ship to Post Office boxes but shipping is only allowed in the 48 contiguous United States.

We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover or pre-paid by check.  A 14-day
waiting period may apply if paying by check.  We do not accept post-dated checks.

All credit card and billing information that you submit is encrypted.  If you feel more comfortable ordering or
giving credit card information over the phone, please feel free to call Fineline Store at 1-877-483-4438.

RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED: detail please see shipping and return.

DAMAGES:
Products sold on-line are returnable for full credit if an item is received damaged. The item may be replaced
or refunded.  PLEASE MAINTAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS WHEN FILING A CLAIM FOR A DAMAGED ITEM.
All claims for a damage refund must be done within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.
Although we do our very best to get right back to you when you call or email, delays and errors most certainly
can occur from time to time. If there is a problem, it is always better to contact us directly rather than trying to
go through your credit card company.

Problems with your order...
Please contact us directly if you have not received your order, if your order arrives damaged, or if something
is not correct in your order.

Please do not simply file a dispute with a Chargeback with your credit card, as even when the error or
misunderstanding is resolved, we will have to pay a fee and even then we may not receive payment for the
order for several weeks.

If you contact us directly, and a refund is appropriate, we can send it to you immediately.  If you file a
chargeback with your credit card, our money is taken out of our account and refunding it is out of our control.  
In essence, filing a dispute or chargeback slows down the resolution process.
