DAMAGE POLICY / BROKEN TILES
If you receive any damaged tiles, please report to us as soon as possible by Email us
photos to show the damage goods and brief description of the shipment condition.
After we received these photos and analyze the damage, if mosaic tile is not fixable
condition, we will send you replacement part.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF
You may cancel an order without penalty as long as your order has not shipped from
our location. If your order already shipped, you still able to cancel your order but you
have to pay “original shipping cost + return shipping”.
Special Orders, if we already processed your order it can not be cancelled.

marble, limestone and onyx are products of nature and is therefore subject to natural variation of
color, shading, filler, thickness, veins, markings and texture from piece to piece. Shade variation is
an inherent characteristic of natural stone.

All returns must be sent freight prepaid by customer.
Refund will not be issued for any items returned to us broken.
Returns must be 100% intact, in the original packaging and in the condition in which
they were received. Item quantity must be same. Any return items: Installed, cut,
painted, stained, glued will not be accepted for refund. We do not accept partial or any
left over returns. We recommend keep any left over tiles in case of a repair.
Refunds for returns are issued 7-15 days after the items are received by us.
